Remember: your sprinkler system spends your money at two o'clock in the morning. It should be throughly inspected every year to ensure that your system operates at peak effeciency.

Please Note: We offer a non pre-pay contract. It is a pay for services as they are provided.

Non Contractual Services Available

We currently offer our clients a yearly, maintenance program that includes:

• Service Contract at Discounted Rates

• Spring Startup service

• Fall Winterizing service

• Regular Summer service

Our comprehensive service includes setting your controller, checking your sprinkler heads alignment,
clearing clogged nozzles, and repairing any damaged components.

Our service contract includes Spring startup, two inspections during irrigation season and winterization will be carried out.

Each inspection will cover the following:

• Automatic controller will be checked for time and program operation

• Backflow prevention will be tested at Spring start up

• Rain sensor will be checked for proper operation

• Head to head inspection will be performed and any problems found will be corrected
